Alerts not getting triggered

Hi,

We have configured alerts, defined alert categories and alert rules and done all the configuration related to alerts. but the alerts are not getting triggered. When I run the report SXMSALERT_PROCESS_DATA_GET manually I can see the alerts in my inbox but otherwise its not happening. Kindly provide your inpus. I have tried all the troubleshooting alerts available in sdn
