Performance Based Preventive maintenance

Hi Guru,

I have equipment motor. But I need to do the preventive maintenance based on motor running hour (ie: every 1000hr).

How to map the scenario in SAP

Hi

You need to create the measuring point for the equiment motor.(IK01)

and in the maintenance plan (IP01)you chose counter based mainteannce plan and set the couter reading 1000 hrs.

also you can define the other paramenters in the plan.,

once the measuring documents reading(IK11) updated by you is reached equal to or greter than the set value orders gets triggerd.

this is standard SAP process

Hi,

Apart from the above you need to create maintenance strategy in that you defined package for 1000 hr

then assign into task list create a maintenance plan with this task list and schduled through IP10.

then you enter maesuring document it will create maintainence order at every 1000 hr

use strategy base planning when you have multiple number of frequencies otherwise use single cycle plan.

Your requirement is fulfill by single cycle plan.

Hello Babusingh,

Apart from the above suggestion after entering the measurement document you also need to refresh the particular plan either by opening the plan IP10 or by using deadline monitoring then only the schedule will generate the maintenance Order.
