Unable to access SAP WEB IDE Full Stack

Could you please help with fixing 503 error?
I am getting an error "HTTP Status 503 - No application is available to handle this request".

Region: Europe (Rot) - Trial
Account Name: p1654337660trial

P.S. I played with the subscriptions and added a subscription to the old IDE but with name 'webidecp' (I have only an option to subscribe to the old IDE).

Why is the IDE Full-Stack missing in the Application list?
