We have recently upgraded(SUM) the PI Dual Stack system. After the upgrade I am facing this issue. When I give the Tcode sxmb_ifr it will goes to the Internet explorer browser. but in the browser the services are not opened.ahd facing the issue of 503 Error.

Below is the screen shot for describing the issue.

we have tried the note 2368699 and have made the necessary changes through Config tool, but it did not resolve the issue.

Hi Pratap,

Regarding error "Application is stopped". Please check with your basis team to check all the services are started and working fine. If needed, ask them to restart the services and wait for some time and try again.

Regarding "unable to launch the application", 1> make sure you are using same java for launching as your SAP PO/PO. 2> Clear your Java and browser cache completely and try it again.
