Number Rearrangement in Custom table

I need some urgent help. I have to rearrange or sequence my custom table For Example below is my custom table, and I have to make it as a sequence or rearrange.

So I want to modify my table like this:

More information needed. Your examples have no obvious logic.

Besides, it is a custom table. Just build a new table with the appropriate keys and repopulate.

Looking at it, it looks like part of a range table/ select-option where he wants to reduce the number of lines in the table. Why he would need to I don´t know.

It should be as simple as reading the table and rearrange it into a temporary table and use this temporary table to update his custom table.
