SLFN Service desk message

Hi all

I'm configuring SAP Solution manager for service desk, according to the document provided by SAP, in this configuration process, i have to set up the transaction type SLFN service desk Message, but i don really know were do i use that transaction type in the whole process. I know that i use the transaction type SLFV to create a service contract, but i can't catch exactly were and when i use SLFN and in which step of the configuration process i specify that i will use it

    Hi hchabi ,

    You can find the transaction type SLFN in the path

    SAP Solution Manager Implementation guide -> SAP Solution Manager ->Scenario-Specific Settings ->Service Desk->General Settings ->Define Transaction type. Here you can find transaction type SLFN.

    Here you will be able to set the date profiles, Subject profile, Action Profile,Status profile etc for the support desk.

    Also chech the settings in the trasanction DNO_CUST04 -> PROCESS_TYPE whether SLFN is maintained.
