Creating new contract from quote instead of copying

Hello,

I have the below requirement for SAP CRM:

I have a quote 'X' with two products A&B, when the quote is accepted generally one contract 'Y' is created with both product A&B. But the requirement is two different contracts should be created, one with material A and another with Material B.

I know for followup document we do coding in copy badi, but how do I create a new contract from copy badi?
