Updation of Assigned Budget on WBS

Hi,

We have carryforwarded available budget and commitments on projects thru T.Code CJCO and CJCF.

Report is showing all PR/PO Commitments and available has been carryforwarded.

But during new addition of budget in CJ30 and CJ32, the system is showing assigned value of PO in 2009 although PO has been carryforwarded.

How this can be rectifed or updated so that new additon can be done.

Sir,

This program is also not updating the vaues

Our problem is Suppose we have commitments of Rs. 100 in 2009. Now We have carryforwarded all commitments through T.Code CJCF, The report S_ALR_87013533 is showing that all commitments hasve been carryforwarded.

But in T.Code CJ32, the sytem is showing assigned value of Rs. -40 in 2009 and 140 in 2010. Now system is assuming budget of 140 in 2010.

We want to remove this assigned value of -40 from 2009 so that assigned value of 2010 became OK.
