Unit of Measure issue with costing sheet

Hello Guys,

Facing one issue to calculate overhead cost in CK11N. I have two different costing sheets. The 2nd one created recently for different plant for same type of product.

I have an FG whose order UOM is in Liter and SFG order UOM is in KG. conversion unit also maintained in NOS.

Accordingly, I have maintained fixed cost amount under Define Quantity-Based Overhead Rates as below:

For first costing sheet overhead are coming fine but 2nd it’s not fetching overhead value. But when I am changing UOM here from NOS to KG value is updating in CK11N.

My question is that why system is behaving differently for 2nd costing sheet. Is there any Config missing for UOM or costing sheet?

Raised this issue to SAP and get below reply:

In the documentation of customizing activity 'Define Quantity-Based Overhead Rates' is written:

"...

With quantity-based overhead rates, the system only includes input materials and activities with units of measure that are updated in CO. For materials, these are the base units of measure.

Conversions between units of measure are based on the rules stored in the global settings in Customizing (step Check Units of Measurement). Quantity conversions (such as those that you define in the material master) are disregarded.
For example, the system applies overhead in $ per kilogram to input materials with the base unit of measure "G" but not to materials with the unit "pallet".

But this is not convincible at all because in first costing sheet the same parameter is working fine.

Please suggest how to correct the 2nd costing sheet.

Regads,
