Dear Gurus
I would like to archive production orders.
However, only some orders cannot be archived.
(Status is TECO and settlement is completed)
I could set deletion flag on CO78.
But I couldn't set deletion indicator on CO78.
CO78 simply didn't select these orders.
Could you give me any advice?

Dear Datta
I also thought that the problem may come from
Residence time1 on Order type.
However, according to my test result,
if the period between deletion flag and indicator is too short,
the error message display like "the residence time is too short".
But, in my case, simply CO78 did not select these orders.
So, there is no error message.

Hi Kaneko,
For one or 2 orders reset the deletion flag.
If it is possible, please make Residence 1 time 0 for a particular order type ( for which you can not select the orders in CO78).
Making residence time 0 will make Deletion flag and indicator to be set at the same time.
Then freshly set deletion flag for the orders . This should set the deletion indicator also.
Please check and confirm.

Datta
Hi Kaneko,
How long did you wait after the deletion flag was set ?
Last time when you set deletion indicator for a production order, did you set the indicator immediately after the deletion flag ?
I understand that after an initial residence time has passed, the orders that have been flagged for deletion are assigned with deletion indicators in a background run.
I hope this will give you insight.
Please confirm.
Regards
Datta
