Dear Gurus,

We have one scenario one raw material is being used in number of finished product .

Now we run MRP system will give PRs ,we want system should make one PR for the month considering lot size maintained in Material Master.

say if requirement come 1500 EA and LOt size is 2000 then system should throw the PR of 2000EA.

Please suggest the process.

Hello

You can use a combination of monthly lot size (MB) and a rounding or minimum value of 2000.

Hi,

What is the lot size currently used in material master ?

You can use Lot size WB or MB for collective requirement to generate a single PR for week or month.

If you you want that PR should generate for fixed quantity, you can use Lot size FX and mention fixed lot size in material master
