Hi,

Since there is No provision in SAP B1 standard for Quality check. So this can be done through below work around. Before that you have to create Quality warehouse,Store warehouse(Good material),Rework warehouse & Scrap warehouse.

Step 1: While adding receipt from production document, mention the quality warehouse. So report completion quantity will be moved to quality warehouse for inspection.

Step 2: Once quality team confirm that 7 KG is ok and 3 KG is not ok. The quality team has to inventory transfer the 7 KG to store warehouse and 3 KG to Rework warehouse.

Step 3: If this 3 KG is re-workable then production team will do the re-production and move this stock to Quality team for inspection. If this 3 KG is not re-workable then they will transfer this material to Scrap warehouse.

Hi Prabakaran R,

Thanks for your Solution, But If the 3KG is not going to re-workable, that material also to be sold by using other name and low cost.

Give me the solutions too.

I get one solution: If the 3Kg material- Make one Special Production order and close the document.
