Idoc error

Hi ,

I have an inbound Idoc which has a debtor status field ZZDEBTORSTAT in one of its segment . This Idoc populates the table KNA1. Here field KATR1 is getting its value updated from idoc field ZZDEBTORSTAT whenever the Idoc is triggered. But here value is not getting updated even if the IDOC is posted(status 53). I am unable to debug the idoc .Please help how to solve the issue.

How did you enhance the inbound idoc, from which standard IDoc, which exit, which BAdI (*), etc.

(*) e.g. CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_BI method PASS_NON_STANDARD_SEGMENT.
