How to Navigate specific URL and get parameters from it.

Hi Expect ,

I am working on SSO project and requirement is as below .

1) Hit BSP application URL on browser .

2) Internally I have to send specific URL (for SSO) on browser and get some URL values from it.

3) after getting some value from steps 2 , I will do the subsequent API call using "if_http_client" .

so can anyone can tell me how to achieve this .
