Program or Tcode for Mass upload of vendor.

Hi Guys,

I have some vendors whose vendor number is same in R/3 system and SRM system and their BP number will also be the same as SRM vendor number.

So I would like to replicated some 3 to 4 thousand vendors from SAP R/3 system to SRM system. Is there any program for this.

if so Please suggest.

already SG answered BBGETVD or BBP_VEND_SYNC run this program brings all vendors to SRM from ECC .why do you want duplicate program to write again but make ensure that in BUCF transaction to accomodate same number ange as external.

Hi Muthu,

my question is not put in right way, I would like to replicate a a particular list of Vendors in SRM and not all the R/3 Vendors.

The above is my criteria so the program BBPGETVD does not have a range or a selection option.

so I have certain list of vendors which needs to be replicated.

Please suggest.

BBPGETVD does allow you specify the vendor number range ( as well as Purchase Orgs.) to replicate from R/3 - SRM. BBPGETVD does not work for ECC 6.0 you will need to use BBP_VENDOR_SYNC. Vendor sync does not allow you specify number range.
