Installing Crystal reports 2016. Error installed setup engine executables

Hi

I have downloaded the latest trial version of CR 2016 (we have bought the licenses which I intend to use once the product is installed)

I am like others having real issues trying to get the installer to work. It fails at the very first hurdle with a setup engine executable error.
I have looked through the logs and it appears a directory is trying to be renamed and failing during the install process.

I have uploaded the logs for your attention.

It appears many other people are experiencing a large number of issues trying to install this product

Yes I have full admin rights and am running the exe as administrator

The log file says:

08:11:27.220 Error: Can't rename: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\InstallData\setup.engine_temp to: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\InstallData\setup.engine

It is important to run setup.exe by right-click Run as Administrator

Do you have Administrator rights on the machine where you are installing this? Did you right-click on the install .exe and select "Run as Administrator"?
