Hi gurus,
We have current setup of ECC6.0 & SOLMAN 4.0.
SOLMAN Help desk is configured for Ticketing system.
Now we are planing to Upgrade ECC 6.0 to ECC6 EHP4.
As per prerequist ECC6 EHP4 required SOLMAN 7.0
To upgrade SANDBOX I installed SOLMAN 7.0 TEST server & calculate queue to upgrade ECC6.0 EHP4.
But now question is,
Should I use SOLMAN 4.0 helpdesk with ECC6.0 EHP4 for ticketing?
Or must have to upgrade SOLMAN too.
