How to install MAX DB Studio ?

I started SDBSETUP.exe and ths is what I got, buttons are all disabled.

Extracted to: maxdb-studio-desktop-win-64bit-x86_64-7_9_09_10

Looks like you already have the MaxDB running in the current version.
