FireFighter Log Review - Lower half window is blank for administrator

Hello Gurus..

When an administrator is opening an already approved/completed FF log review item via search requests; the lower half section of the screen is blank. Any suggestion.

GRC version : 10.1/SP20

Hi Nitin,

Do not right click on tab strip control, instead right click on the middle of the screen and then go to User Settings where you can see Invisible elements and then can restore as I mentioned in my screenshot.

However, it's already in displayed mode. I have tried hiding and restoring again. Issue persists. Any other thought?

Hi Nitin,

It seems like you have hidden the screen by mistake.

Right click on the lower portion of screen and restore tabstrip control.
