Set Screen Position

Dear All,

Any ideas i can set the screen position? My screen page is long and i use the text editor at the end of the page, when i click on others text editor the page will refresh and the position will jump back to top, so everytimes refresh the user need to scroll down the page to bottom again. Any way i can set the default point of the position so everytime the page refresh will in the same position.
