Hello,
currently we have customized our column by adding the logo when an dispute case is opened and the column for the corresponding disputed amount. Do you know if the icon is disappearing when the case is closed only ? Also sometimes, the amount is not corresponding to the disputed amount, do you have an idea why, is it because of the currency, because we have 2 or 3 cases opened for the invoice. Thanks
