SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service console

Hello,

I am trying to access SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service console within my productive account with follow link:

https://S001*******.accounts.ondemand.com/admin

I get an error: 404 Not Found

Is the upper link correct or does it depend on certain criteria?

Hi Arthur, as mentioned by others on this thread already, the s-number seems to be your s-user that could be used to sign on to the Cloud Platform cockpit or in special cases also to the IAS tenant.

The pattern of an IAS tenant by default follows xxxx.accounts.ondemand.com. I think you can also get a custom domain for it, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

If you want to send me an email with your company ID, I might be able to look up your IAS URL, but because your question is already a couple of days old I assume you got the same already through support?

Is it possible to access the url "https://[tenant Id].accounts.ondemand.com/admin" with trial account. Because when i tried accessing the link, I see a 404 error.

Hi Arthur,

our SCP IAS tenant ID has 9-digits. The "S001*******" seems to be an s-user ID (you personal ID when accessing SAP sites as Launchpad/KBA etc.).

You should check the tenant ID.

Hi Arthur,

I just know this URL pattern for accessing SCP IAS. In our case the 9-digit tenant ID of the IAS are just character (but can probably be anything). If you have major issues accessing IAS, it would likely be the best to contact your SAP customer account manager or to raise an incident.

the 404 error means that the tenant does not exist. Is "s0019832248" the correct tenant ID?
