"HTTP Status 500" error when access SAP Web IDE Full Stack

Hello,

I am trying to access SAP Web IDE Full Stack within my hana trial account. I get an error:

"HTTP Status 500 - An internal application error occurred. Request: 3094959696 **************trial:webidecp"

My Trust-Configuration:

Local Service Provider

Configuration Type: Default

Principal Propagation: Default

Force Authentication: Default

Application Identity Provider

accounts.sap.com

Make sure you have made these settings:

1. In your SCP Cockpit menu go to Security > Trust and enable Principal Propagation.
2. Assign your User ID to the role DiDeveloper at Configure Service in the SAP Web IDE Full-Stack service overview.
3. Create a new HTML5 Subscription under Applications > Subscription. Set Provider Subaccount to sapwebide, Application to webide and leave the Subscription Name as it is.

Ok, but after recent changes I am not able to go to Neo cockpit as a link was in "tools" in webide and I am redirected to the starting page which shows the image below. Anyone knows other method to access this cockpit?

Launch webide, click on Home link.

Scroll to bottom right, click on "SAP Cloud Platform Cockpit link".

Hi Arthur,

Could you please try the following and update me with the results:

In Cockpit console:

Go to Security --> Trust:

In order to get the expiration date, do the following: Click on Edit, then change it to Custom option. After then copy the entire content of Signing Certificate area into a file with .cer extension. Open it in Explorer and check for the expiration date.

Expiration Date: valid from 14.01.2019 to 14.01.2029

Note: This trial account is associated to my productive cloud account
