I have registered for SAP ABAP certification program in August and was scheduled to appear for exam in October.
However, because of international business travel, I asked SAP to cancel the examination prior 10 days and refund the amount.
But, I did not receive any mail or response till date. They had sent me one excel to send account details, but on actions were taken from their end despite multiple follow ups.
Can anyone let me know what else do I need to do to make sure I can get my money back?
