Hi Gurus,
When I try to create a new service order in webclient, it didn't work. And I activated the checkpoints group "BSP_WD_EXCEPTION_DISPLAY" in SAAB.
This time the system give me this following message:
An exception occurred in inbound plug IP_OVERVIEW of target view CUBTServiceOrder.MainWindow
An exception has occurred Exception Class CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL - Dereferencing of the NULL reference

The same service ticket is getting created automatically through Auto Acknowledgment email but not manually. This is working in my custom IC Manager role where as not working for custom IC Agent role.
I don't know how to solve this problem. If anyone know where the problem is, Please tell me. Thank you very much.
