Organization structure in SAP HR

I have a requirement where I have to create positions codes and these position codes will have multiple reporting.

Ex - We have position codes A,B,C and D and all these position codes will report to Y and Z in the same org unit. What should be the relation type to be maintain between the position codes so that anyone either Y or Z can approve the timesheet for the position code A,B,C & D.
