System Information not automatically filled in Creating new incident in Workcenter

Good day.

Hi Experts,

I just want to seek your assistance on the issue I am handling right now.

I am trying to configure Incident Management for VAR for our PCOE Certification this year.

Any time I tend to create a new ticket, the system was not filled automatically but I can search for system or items to fill it up.

Please let me know what to check.

My SOLMAN is 7.2 SP7.

    How would you automatically fill in the system, based on what? I assume your customer will have multiple SAP systems?

    Can you give some more context here?

    I see you are using web dynpro. This version of SolMan has Fiori apps available to create an incident already. It might make more sense to look into the "new" world in terms of creating incidents.

    Hi Tom,

    This is resolved. I just want it to fill the system based on what was declared in BP of the user who will be the key user.
