Afaria Policy management of Bluetooth

I am having an issue with managing the Bluetooth application policy. In our development server we have the option under application policies then selecting windows mobile pro to see connections then there is a list we can select to not have the user able to see/use the Bluetooth. But in our BETA and PROD servers we get the same list of main headers like connections but there are no sub categories like Bluetooth. So in our BETA and PROD servers the only option is to restrict all connection settings and not limit it to just Bluetooth.

I have already made the appropriate settings to the port control for bluetooth so that it is on we just do not want the users to be able sync any devices that we do not already have configured for the devices.

Michael,

What versions are your various servers on? Are they on the same service pack? Are all the servers licensed for the same options?

I see you have an incident open. Get your license key values out of the registry or by logging into the http://launchpad.support.sap.com and retrieving them there, and upload them to the incident and we can take a look here for you.
