Complaints in ECC

Hi Gurus,

I am currently working in CRM 2007. I am able to create complaints from CRM and they are passed to ECC very well.

I have couple of issues in CRM Complaints.

a) I want to pass the Requested Delivery date for Replacement item from CRM to ECC.

b) I want to pass Header text from CRM to ECC right now Item sales text is passing, Is there a possibility?

c) I am not able to change the complaint in ECC through VA02, System gives me a message "Process the original document in the CRM system". During this, I am not in any Open transaction in CRM.

Diagnosis

This document is a copy of a document from a CRM system. Changes to this document will not be transferred to the original system and may be overridden by changes in the original system.

Procedure

Make the desired changes in the original system.

Hi sharat,

Did you manage to find the requested delivery date transfer from CRM Complaint to ECC.

If yes, Please let me also know the required configuration for that.

Hi ragu,

There's no standard way of doing it. I mean there should be But I could not find one.

I am using a text to pass the delivery date which can be passed from CRM to ECC.

If you have to use text determination and maintain the text type in CRM and also in ECC, This should solve it.

So you are doing complaints too is it.. Any ways, are you using a standard date type or Custom?

Hi Raj,

I copied from the standard COMP transaction type and did not change the date profile. Using the standard date type.

If I chose that do u think that date will be passed to ECC as requested Delivery Date. I see that there's one date profile for Sales order.
