Hi,
we are using CRM 7.0 with an external CTI by AMC.
While perfoming a "warm transfer" there is no information in the presence tab. i am wondering whether all agents should be displayed which are basically in the status "ready" to receive a call and whether those agents can be selected for a transfer.
Is there a possibilty to maintain the agent information with a telephone number somehwere in SAP?
Does anybody has some experience witht his funcktionality?
