Customer Master: Field "Head Office" (KNRZE) not displayed

Hi,

In a few exception cases the field "Head Office" (section Company Code Data) is not displayed within Customer Master on account group 0001 (Sold-to Party). In customizing of control of fields, the "Head Office" is not hidden (ref. OVT0 & OB20) - field is displayed on majority of customers. Is there any other settings which can block the display of "Head Office"?

Check in OB21 for ur c.code level...and check any screen variant has been activated..

Hi JJ,

There is no valid screen layout activated per Company Code. If there had been, this would have affected all customers within a Company Code. The error described above, only appears on a few customers.

check the account group used for those customers.

The account group has no limitation on this field. If the account group would have suppressed this field, this would have been valid for all customers - not only a few.

Solution: If KUNNR is assigned to KNRZE in another account this will block the display of the field
