WFM_CORE2PUBLISH Queue in SMQ1 of CRM with destination NONE

Hi,

In the Outbound queue of CRM, I can see the queue "WFM_CORE2PUBLISH" with destination as "NONE" & status as "READY".

Queue Name Destination Entries Status

WFM_CORE2PUBLISH NONE 33,611 READY

Why this queue is created? &

is this required ? or

if v delete this any impact ?
