MRP Area “Subcontractor” and supplier number

Hi,

While creating a subcontractor area in T-code OMIZ supplier number must be specified. On the one hand, the area is created in the development client and transported to the production system; on the other hand, supplier is created in the production client. It stands to reason there might not be such a supplier number in the development system (in case of internal number assignment it might not be possible to create a supplier with specific number).

How could this problem be resolved? How to create subcontractor area in the development client while using a specific supplier number from the production client?

With my Experience, we used to get the direct access ( Authorization) and will maintain directly in the respective system without TR.
