I would like to ask for unexpected behavior of one our BW system (7.31) with logon language.
First of all is necessary to say that we are using SNC login so user does not have possibility change language during login procedure. And is necessary to know that EN and DE languages are installed only.
Scenario A:
Setting A1 - Inside LogonPad not installed language is set – for example CS. ( LogonPad -> left upper corner click -> Option -> SAP Logon Pad Options -> General -> Language )
Setting A2 – Inside user profile EN language is set ( SU3 or SU01 -> Defaults -> Logon Language )
EN is language after login
Scenario B:
Setting B1 - Inside LogonPad DE language is set ( LogonPad -> left upper corner click -> Option -> SAP Logon Pad Options -> General -> Language )
Setting B2 – Inside user profile EN language is set ( SU3 or SU01 -> Defaults -> Logon Language )
DE is language after login
Why the LogonPad settings has higher priority than user settings?
The second BW System (another installation/hardware) with the same LogonPad program prefers SU3/SU01 settings
Where I should try to find differences between systems?
