I am going to set alerts for XI queue monitoring via RZ20. I have configured CCMS and auto reaction method several times. but here one specific requirement is there. we need to configure all inbound queues and second challenge is that we need to set in such a way that if the queue is in "ERROR" or "HANG" status for more than 20 minutes, an alert via email has to be triggered. If you can provide any help in setting up this timestamp as threshold time specific to inbound queues I will be thankful.
