We have maintained the following use cases A4 for various address sub-types-
mailing address- A4
emergency address - A5
physical address - A5
When we edit an existing mailing address record, we do not see the 'valid from' date in the edit screen. We can however see the date field in the edit screen when we create a new mailing address record.
In case of the other two subtypes, the 'valid from' date is visible in both the scenarios - editing an existing record and creating a new record.
As per my understanding, the visiblity of the 'valid from' date depends on the use case.
Is it due to the use case that we do not see the 'valid from' date while editing the mailing address? Is there any other configuration that controls the visiblity of the date field?
