Customizing incorrectly maintained Message no. SE729 in Tcode:IW42

Hi All,

When I am Working on Tcode: IW42.I am getting message

*Customizing incorrectly maintained

I have checked all the customization, all are maintained properly.I have not maintained order and notification integration.I thought It might be because of the integration the warning message might be coming.

I have gone through the SDN related to message SE729.

But after referring to few threads I came to know its issue of updgarde,Please correct me If I am wrong.Please suggest me suitable solution to solve my problm.Any suitable note,please suggest.
