Unable to see newly created SIA in CCM

Dear Experts, I have re-installed BO XI 3.1. After which I was able to logon to .NET InfoView, Java InfoView and CMC with Administrator username and password.

In CCM, I do not see SIA. So I tried creating SIA with all the options given then one by one, but i do not see the newly created SIA in the list. Also I can go to the Server's area and see that except CMSServer, all servers are in "Stopped" status. When I "Start" them, they do not start.

Please assist me in resolving this.

Hi Armacan,

Windows 2003

SQL server 2005

I too installed BOXI R 3.1 sp2. After installation I do not see the servers at all. Is it the ODBC DSN error ? I created both User DSN and System DSN for both CMS and audit databases.

How did you resolve this issue ?
