FIori app "Report Quality Issue": Error while uploading and downloading files

Hello,

I'm trying to use the Fiori app "Report Quality Issue". Therefore I followed the instructions, which the SAP offers for each Fiori app (Configuration Tasks):

Furthermore I completly used the following guide: Guide

Now, I'm able to create new issues, to upload images to them (only jpg currently) and to get an overview of all my reported issues. However there are the problems, that the upload date is wrong, that there is no user name from the user who uploaded the image and, this is the main issue, the image does not have content (0 Byte).

If I proceed and click on the image, then the error "Document type '' not defined." occurs, although it is maintained according to the mentioned guide.

I suspect, that the same error is causing all this problems.

Can you please help me?
