Can anybody help me to write sp_trans notification if in a UDF field is New then only those items should exist which have item type = item . This i want in A/R Invoice.

This can be achieved by a simple UDF also where you only need to give the condition item type = Item. Why you are looking for SP Transnotification?
Can you please ellaborate?
