Cannot Complete the UD due to System Status Code - Can I change the Code?

Does anyone know how to change the System Status Codes. I have four Inspection Lots, Type 01 for Incoming that will not let me complete the UD on them. The System Status Code CTCM Certif. Confirmation Missing is Red. I'm sure this system status is what is preventing me from completing the UD. How do I change or remove this status to allow the UD to be completed.
