We are upgrading our portal from EP6 SP23 to EP7 Enhancement Pack 1. I have 2 problems with KM/Collaboration:
1) I added my colleage as a room member and even though he is in the room membership group, and appears as a member in the room admin section, he is not able to access the room. However when I repeated this for my basis colleague, who has system administration, she can access the room fine
2) I have created a folder in this room which my colleague does not have permission to view. I emailed him a link to the folder. He could both view and edit the files.
Any ideas?
