Tracking of Part Nos pushed to RPL - Not in BOM and Not in Stock

Sir,

The requirement is to track the Part nos which have been pushed to Reprocessing List through Assembly Backflush and Component Backflush.

The following scenario explains the requirement.

Let us assume an Assembly 'X' consists of the components A, B, C and D.

While backflushing using MFBF - Assembly Backflush, components A, B and D gets issued against the Assembly 'X' and component C is not in stock and is pushed to the Reprocessing List against Assembly 'X'.

Let us assume that due to an Engineering Change, component E is replaced by C in the Assembly 'X' physically and not updated in the BOM of Assembly 'X' during backflush.

But now the component C has to be removed from the Reprocessing List of Assembly 'X' and component E has to be issued against Assembly 'X' using Component Backflush.

While doing MFBF - Component Backflush for Assembly 'X' using the option - No BOM explosion (manual comp. entry), the component E is issued. But stock is not available for component E and it is pushed to RPL against the Assembly 'X'.

Is there a provision to track such part nos which are pushed to the Reprocessing List using component backflush and which is not in stock and not in the BOM.

Can anyone throw some light on the subject?.
