Set time of date parameter default to 00:00:00

I have a report (CR2008), with some parameters. Two of them are datetime parameters.

When I am viewing the report in a webpage (with the crystal reports viewer that came with Visual Studio 2008), the parameter screen is shown. And I can select a date with the datepicker object.

But the time in that datepicker is always the current time. And I always have to use 00:00:00 for the time.

Is there a way to set the time automatically to 00:00:00???

Edit: after installing new Runtime version the question still remains.

Software version information:

Crystal Reports version: Crystal Reports 2008 12.2.0.290

Visual Studio 2008 SP1 (full install, so the viewer is 'from' VS2008)

Crystal Reports Runtime used in production environment: Crystal Reports 2008 Runtime SP2 12.2.6.567

Internet Explorer version: 8.0.7600.16385
