Problem in SAP start.

Dear All,

I have install Solution Manager 7 EHP1 on Windows 2003/64 bit.

It was working fine. I was doing configuration using Solman_setup.

Yeasterday I have restarted the server after that when I start sap the "disp+work.exe - Dispatcher" in yellow colour.

When I run the link "http://rlsolman.rubamin.com:8000/index.html" from browser its show the error :

SAP WebAS Engine is starting...

If this state does not change within a few minutes,

please contact your system administrator.
