Microsoft Office prompts login

HI Experts,

I've configured Microsoft SharePoint as a webDAV server so documents in SharePoint will be reflected in KM via WebDAV Repository manager. For PDF documents, when I click open, it opens and works fine. However, for MS office documents, it is prompting a login (the login is SAP Portal, not login for SharePOint) although the document is still displayed. Anyone knows why this only happens to MS Office documents?
