Our Client has below Document flow

Sales Order -> Delivery -> F5 Proforma -> Shipment -> F8 Proforma -> F2 Summary Invoice.

Sales Order updates are allowed up until F8 Proforma. For few letter of credit Orders during Sales Order update after F5 Proforma, "Overall Credit Status" set to not OK thou. Usually if Financial document is not left with sufficient $value/the latest ship date/ Document open date not falling in the delivery creation date then delivery will not be created for the Sales Order. In our case once F5 proforma is created we identify Letter Of Credit based Orders, if Financial document for the corresponding Sales Order is good then delivery gets created. Later when we perform Sales order Update, few order goes into Not OK status.

In Sales Order, we have one deliverable item with "TAN" item category, Second item is not deliverable, this item has "ZTAC" as the item category, this item holds characteristics of the deliverable material. third item is also not deliverable and has "TAD" as the item category. This third item holds manual pricing conditions.

In some cases where "Overall credit Status" set to "Not OK", Sales Order change log shows, TAN Item and ZTAC item are deleted.

Could you please guide me, on the reasons or scenarios where the Order set to Credit Check not OK status for Financial Document based Orders?
