According to the latest documentation
some steps have to be followed to get the client id and client secret. Unfortunately, I do not see any IoT "Application Enablement" instance, therefore we are a little bit lost here.
Is there some misconfiguration on our side? What do I need to do to see the information as described in this document?
Hi Thomas, again, the documentation referred to by Matthias at https://help.sap.com/viewer/9dfedbe95cbe4a9f9a5ceddbef7f88e5/1.70.0.0/en-US/afe265bcb4ba4c63bcab16f9... should work - I tested again yesterday with a new sub-account. It applies to all customers that got onboarded after July 28th 2018 and customers on-boarded earlier, who were migrated to the service broker based concept for issuing a client secret - by now all customers should be migrated and only some SAP internal tenants have not been migrated. Regards, Marcus

Hi Marcus,
I'm facing the same problem. Can you give me a hint what must be considered in the entitlement settings.
Thx, Thomas

... I double checked - not the quota plan but the entitlement setting in the global account is important for the service to show up in the service marketplace. So please check the documentation and go through it step by step.

An instance can be seen only once you have created it. You create it from the service marketplace in the space (see first image below). If IoT AE does not show up then this could have 2 reasons: IoT AE is not subscribed in the subaccount (you can check under subscriptions) or the quota plan is not setup (please check the documentation you referenced for the steps).
... I'm just checking this myself on a new global account ... stay tuned ...
