Problem opening SAP Web IDE Full Stack

Former Member

Hi,

I am not able to access SAP Web IDE Full Stack service. Getting error message: You are not authorized to work with SAP Web IDE.

I configured service as per documentation - assigned the DiDeveloper role and enabled Principal Propagation in Trust settings.

Name: Darko D (P1941637323)

ID: P1941637323

Region: Europe(Rot)-Trial

When I try to open this service with a fresh new HCP account ID, Web IDE Full Stack opens without the need for any setting.

Please assist.

Thank you.

Hi,

Have you checked the expiration date? to do that:

Go to Security --> Trust:

In order to get the expiration date, do the following: Click on Edit, then change it to Custom option. After then copy the entire content of Signing Certificate area into a file with .cer extension. Open it in Explorer and check for expiration date.

In order to generate a new certificate: Click on Edit, then change it to Custom option, press the button to “generate a new Key Pair” and switch back to the “default” option. It should work now.

Best regards,

Ahmad

I performed the same steps but its still giving same error. Also I see SAP cloud platform page has also migrated to AZURE and i see change in setting. Although I saved the previous link then it opens in previous SCP account.

Please help how to remove below error. I have performed above steps to regenerate new pair key.

Also in service catalog WEBIDE is not coming as free - https://account.hana.ondemand.com/cockpit#/home/serviceCatalog

It works!

Though i do not understand the need of this action, as the certificate was about to expire in 10 years, but it is ok.

Thank you!
