error in creating workflow contianer.

hello experts,

When I am tryingto create an object type BusinessObject in workflow contianer,first time I am able to create an activity successfully.

But after that if I try to create another activity and trying to access the same BO I am gettin an error 'AtLeast one entry couldnot be found in object buffer' and on clicking any item,it comes out of the transaction.

CAn you pls suggest what needs to be done here.
